We wanted our wedding to feel like more than one formal evening, so we are turning it into a full desert getaway with the people we love most. Tucson gives us incredible scenery, warm days, beautiful sunsets, and the perfect excuse to stay a little longer once the wedding is over. After the celebration, we are officially switching from wedding mode to honeymoon mode.

We wanted somewhere that felt completely different from a traditional hotel wedding. Being surrounded by saguaros and the Santa Catalina Mountains gives the whole weekend a setting that immediately feels like Arizona.

Loews Ventana Canyon gives us the kind of wedding and honeymoon setting we could not get back home. The resort blends into the Sonoran Desert, with Catalina Mountain views, trails just outside, two pools, and quiet spots that feel made for slowing down after the celebration.
